Who is responsible
NG4X s.r.o., Pezinská 41, 903 01 Senec, Slovakia is responsible for personal data collected through this platform. Use our contact form to raise privacy questions or exercise your rights.
Data we collect and why
Account email and authentication data let us provide your membership. Profile information, SAP interests, experience, country and languages personalize your feed. Bookmarks provide your reading list. A photo, LinkedIn URL and freelance availability are optional. Company waitlist and contact submissions are used to respond to your request. Newsletter participation is optional.
Legal bases and your choices
Account services rely on performance of our membership agreement. Essential security and operations rely on legitimate interests. Newsletter and marketplace launch updates rely on consent, which you may withdraw through your profile or by contacting us. We do not sell your personal data or use advertising trackers.
Storage, processors and international transfers
Lovable Cloud provides account, database and file services. AI processing is used for public source content, not to summarize private profiles. Hosting location, subprocessors and any international-transfer safeguards must be confirmed before general release; this notice does not claim that all processing is exclusively within the EU.
Retention and security
We retain account data while your account is active, and as needed to comply with legal obligations. You can request deletion through the contact form. Access rules limit profiles and bookmarks to their owners; editorial privileges are separate. A finalized retention schedule will be published before general release.
Your GDPR rights
Where applicable, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing. You may withdraw consent and complain to your local supervisory authority, including the Slovak Office for Personal Data Protection. We aim to respond within one month as required by applicable law.
